The Washington Education Foundation is a newly launched nonprofit initiative created by local parents, educators, and community members who believe in the power of education to transform lives. Our mission is simple yet vital: to empower educators to enrich students’ learning by partnering with our community.

 

Together, we aim to ensure that every student has access to the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances. We believe a strong public school system is the heart of a thriving community. By supporting our teachers and classrooms, we are investing directly in the future of Washington and the hopes and potential of every student who walks through our school doors.

Tax Credit Opportunity

Donations to the Washington Education Foundation may be eligible for the Oklahoma Equal Opportunity Education Scholarship Act, which provides generous state income tax credits of up to 50% or 75% if pledged over two years.

 

  • Individuals: Up to $1,000 in tax credits ($2,000 for couples filing jointly)

  • Businesses: Up to $100,000 in tax credits
