Welcome to Washington Public Schools!

It’s a Great Day to Become a Warrior!

We are excited to welcome new students and families to Washington Public Schools. We look forward to partnering with you in your child’s educational journey and helping them become part of our proud Warrior family.

New Student Enrollment

All new student enrollment is completed online.

Step 1: Email the Enrollment Help Desk to request your enrollment credentials:

Once you receive your login information, you will be able to complete the online enrollment process. If you need to return to the Sylogist login AFTER you set up your account, you can access it byclicking here

Documents Required for Enrollment

Please have the following documents ready to upload:

  • Child’s Birth Certificate
  • Current Immunization Record or an approved Immunization Exemption Form
  • Two Proofs of Residency

Proof of Residency #1 (Required):

  • Mortgage Statement, Property Contract, or Rental/Lease Agreement
  • Must show the parent/guardian's name and an in-district address

Proof of Residency #2 (Required):

  • Utility Bill (electric, water, gas, etc.)
  • Must show the parent/guardian's name and an in-district address
  • Cell phone bills cannot be accepted

Need Help Enrolling Online?

Chromebooks will be available in office for families who need assistance completing the online enrollment process.

Assistance is available at the Washington High School Office for all incoming new students during the month of June:

9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Returning Student Enrollment

Welcome Back, Warriors!

We are excited to welcome our returning students and families for another great school year at Washington Public Schools!

Please remember that all students must complete enrollment each year, even if they attended Washington Public Schools during the previous school year.

Enrollment Opens July 20

Returning student enrollment will begin July 20 and must be completed online through your Sylogist Parent Portal account.

Parents/guardians should log in to their Sylogist account and complete enrollment for all students in their household. (If you do not remember your log-information, check back July 20th, and the office will add a link for you to request a reset. Please do not contact the office before July 20th, returning enrollment does not open until that date)

Documents Required for Returning Students

Please have the following documents ready to upload during the enrollment process:

  • Copy of Parent/Guardian Driver's License or State-Issued ID
  • Two Proofs of Residency

Immunization Requirements

Incoming 7th Grade Students Only

All students entering 7th grade must upload one of the following:

  • An updated immunization record showing proof of the required Tdap vaccination, or
  • An updated immunization exemption form

Students in all other grade levels do not need to upload immunization records unless specifically requested by the district.

Need Assistance?

Families needing assistance with the enrollment process may enroll in person at the Washington High School Office on the following dates:

August 3–6
9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Our staff will be available to assist families with completing online enrollment and uploading required documents.

Important Reminder

Students will not receive their homeroom teacher assignment or class schedule until enrollment has been completed and all required documents have been submitted and approved.
