📣 Washington Public Schools Pre-K Enrollment Information 📣

Pre-K enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year will open on
🗓️ Wednesday, February 11th at 5:00 p.m.
➡️ Please Note:
There will not be an in-person enrollment night. There will be no standing in line and no paperwork turned in on this evening. All enrollment will be completed online.

The announcement will include a link to the Pre-K interest form
Click the link and complete the form online

📝 Information Needed to Complete the Form

(No documents are required at this step)
Your Pre-K student’s full name and birthdate
Parent/guardian contact information
In-district home address

⏱️ Important:
Forms are time-stamped
The first 60 submissions will have the opportunity to continue the enrollment process for the 2026–2027 school year
Submitting the form does not guarantee a Pre-K spot—it is the first step in the process

📌 After Submitting the Form

Please allow up to 48 hours to receive an email with an activation link to our Student Information System.
Once your account is activated, you will be able to complete the official enrollment for your Pre-K student

📄 Documents Required to Complete Enrollment

To finalize enrollment, families will need to upload:
Two proofs of residency
One must be a mortgage statement or rental agreement
(All family members, including children living in the home, must be listed on the lease)
One utility bill (electric, gas, or water) showing your name and in-district address
(Cell phone bills are not accepted)
Parent/guardian driver’s license
Student’s birth certificate
Up-to-date immunization record or a state-approved exemption

⏳ Verification of documents may take a few days. Please be patient while this process is completed. Once verified, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your child is enrolled.

🎒 Pre-K Admission Eligibility Requirements
Please review before submitting the form)

To be considered for Pre-K:

Students must be 4 years old before September 1, 2026 and cannot already be 5 years old by that date
Students must live within the Washington Public School District
Students must meet Oklahoma State immunization requirements or have an exemption form
Students must be fully potty trained and able to use the restroom independently

⭐ Additional Information

Only 60 Pre-K spots are guaranteed for the 2026–2027 school year
Any additional applicants will be placed on a waitlist until it is determined whether another class can be added
A Pre-K Information Night will be held later for parents and students
(No paperwork will be required at that time—all enrollment documents will already be completed)

📌 Filling out the interest form does not guarantee enrollment.
Once all enrollment requirements are met, submitted responses will be used to determine the order in which students are accepted.
